You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Magic Coloring Box is designed to be used by adults (parents, guardians, educators) to create content for children.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

When using Magic Coloring Box, you agree not to:

• Submit prompts designed to generate violent, sexual, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Use the Service for commercial redistribution of generated content without our written permission
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

6. Generated Content

Content generated by Magic Coloring Box is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print and share generated books freely within your family, classroom, or personal network.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Coloring page images are generated by Google Gemini AI. While we apply safety filters to ensure child-appropriate content, AI-generated images may occasionally be imperfect. If you receive inappropriate content, please contact us immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Coloring Box shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
